Presence-Based Practice:
A new kind of professional development
This 60-minute experience helps teams move through the demands of their day with more steadiness, clarity, and awareness. Designed for real-world work environments, ONOHR sessions offer accessible, embodied tools to reset, right where you are, without stepping away from the work.
Through a curated combination of guided meditation and reflective discussion, team members learn how to:
Cultivate a personal in-office grounding practice
Regulate stress and nervous system responses under pressure
Develop shared awareness and collective steadiness
Build resilience through rhythm, breath, and embodied presence
Each session is customized following a short pre-assessment and includes a takeaway guide to reinforce the tools shared.

The tools shared are practical and supportive, designed to integrate into your workday, not interrupt it.
Available virtually, in person, or hybrid.

Cost
$350 per 60-minute session
($250 rate for Summer 2025.)

Optional Add-Ons
$150 – 20-minute virtual group follow-up
$25/person – 15-minute 1:1 follow-up consults
Host organizations are encouraged to provide light drinks (tea, coffee, or water) to support participants.
