GROUP SESSION

Overview

Rooted in presence, gratitude, and the simplicity of breath, ONOHR group sessions invite you to return to center, no matter the setting. These are not performances or escapes. There’s no agenda. Just the moment, your breath, and each other.

Each session is held in environments that reflect real life: open-air, urban, indoors, or digital, spaces that honor the elements and the energy of those present. Whether we’re meditating in a garden, online, or beside a sculpture, the experience is curated to meet the moment.

What to Expect

All are welcome, whether you’re new to meditation or reconnecting with it. These sessions meet you where you are and in who you are.

The experience includes:

  • Grounded openings and closings

  • Sensory awareness and movement-based cues

  • Practices that adapt to the environment, not the other way around

  • No two sessions are the same
